POSTPONEMENT OF 2016/2017 HND APTITUDE TEST AND Pre-ND SCREENING EXERCISE


This is to inform all prospective Higher National Diploma (HND) and Pre-ND Candidates seeking admission into Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua that the aptitude test(HND) and screening exercise(Pre-ND) earlier scheduled for Saturday 8th October 2016 has been postponed and rescheduled as follows:
Date: Saturday 22nd October 2016
Venue: Polytechnic Assembly Hall
Time: 8:00 am
METHOD OF APPLICATION

1. Candidates should visit the School website http://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng  click online Application, then generate an invoice with the following details.   i. Phone number and   ii. Name
2. Candidates should go to under listed Banks with their invoice to purchase an electronic PIN and making payment of N 5,200 (FIVE THOUSAND AND TWO HUNDRED NAIRA) and N 7,700 (SEVEN THOUSAND AND SEVEN HUNDRED NAIRA) for PRE-ND and HND Programmers Respectively and obtaining a PIN. (INCLUSIVE OF BANK AND OTHER CHARGES).

1. Application should therefore be completed by visiting http://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng with the obtained pin to complete the application.
2. All applications MUST be concluded on or before Wednesday, 5th of October, 2016. Applicants can start and complete this process anywhere in the country. All shortlisted students will be published online and will write an aptitude test(HND) and Screening Exercise(Pre-ND) on Saturday 8th of October 2016.

HND Candidates are to:

1. Attach 1 year Industrial Attachment Letter.
2. Official ND Transcript to be sent to the Registrar.

Nnamdi Azikiwe University has scheduled its 2016/2017 Post UTME Screening Exercise for candidates who chose the University as first choice. The candidates are required to apply for the screening exercise. The details are as outlined below:

1. SCREENING EXERCISE DATES
Applications for screening will start on Wednesday, 14th and end on Friday, 30th September, 2016.

2. ELIGIBILITY
i. Candidates who made Nnamdi Azikiwe University their first choice are eligible to apply.

ii. The general cut-off mark is 180 points scored in the UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) of 2016.

3. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
i. Candidates are to generate RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) online by visiting http://portal.unizik.edu.ng and proceed to any Bank of their choice for payment.

ii. Candidates are to go back to the portal for payment verification.

iii. If payment verification is successful, candidate will move on to FILL THE APPLICATION FORM and follow the stages as provided.

4. SCREENING FEE
The screening fee payable is the sum of N2,500.00 (Two Thousand and Five Hundred Naira) only.

5. CAUTION
i. Candidates must have at least five (5) credits which must include English Language at one or two sittings in the School Certificate (WAEC, GCE, NECO, NABTEB).

ii. Candidates must ensure that they have passed the relevant subjects for the discipline they are applying for.

iii. The University will not be liable for any wrong payment/entry.

iv. The University will also not be liable for any fraudulent payments made anywhere that are not in line with the directives

Ondo State University of Science and Technology (OSUSTECH), Okitipupa, ADMISSION INTO 2016/2017 DEGREE PROGRAMMES

All candidates who made Ondo State University of Science and Technology (OSUSTECH), Okitipupa their first and second choice of institution and obtained a minimum score of 180 and above in the 2016 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination UTME conducted by JAMB are invited for a screening exercise in the University from Wednesday, 28th to Thursday, 29th September, 2016.

Such candidates are to pay a sum of N2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only) through TheInterswitch PayDirect Platform into the following banks;
First bank Plc, Skye bank Plc, FCMB Plc, UBA Plc, UBA, GTBank, Zenith Bank, Diamond Bank, Access Bank, Heritage Bank, Union Bank, Fidelity Bank, Sterling Bank,
Wema Bank, Keystone Bank, Mainstreet Bank

Candidates are to log on the University website (http://osustech.edu.ng/putme2016) using their UTME registration number and the pin obtained from the bank to access the Application form online and follow the registration process.
 

Candidates are expected to print out their screening schedule after a successful registration and come along with it and the following items on the day of the screening.
i. UTME result print out
ii. O’ Level results print out (maximum of two sittings)
Please note that registration closes by 11:59pm on the 21st of September, 2016.
